137 The List

Santa makes a list of who's naughty and who's nice. My list is what needs to be done in the next ten days. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and needed some order to the chaos called mid-December that includes, but is not limited to, baking, sermon writing, Christmas shopping, meetings, homebound communion visits, and the ever present laundry. At this time of year I have been known to say, "I have a list. If it's not on the list, it's not going to happen." It usually works and sanity eventually  returns.
