This is a quilted wall hanging I made of my heart. If it looks a little broken, that's because it is, but not in the sense of lost love. The mitral valve flops and the heart is a bit off when it beats sometimes, hence the EKG in the border. Every year I have an echo-cardiogram to see what it's up to and I often think it looks like a severe thunderstorm over the Midwest when they turn the color Doppler on.

023 My Heart Does That Sometimes
