The PP&L Plaza in Allentown has fountain that is even with the sidewalk and squirts up through it with various heights and frequency. It's a bit of a dancing fountain which makes it interesting to ride a bike through. I am well aware of boys being drawn to puddles of water and what better fun than to actually ride through the fountain as the water squirts and dances.

364 Riding through the Fountain
The PP&L Plaza in Allentown has fountain that is even with the sidewalk and squirts up through it with various heights and frequency. It's a bit of a dancing fountain which makes it interesting to ride a bike through.
